Your exposure to sun can lead to various skin rashes, blisters and sunburn. Excessive sun exposure can not only darken your skin but also cause wrinkles, fine lines and skin damage. Though, if there are blisters, you definitely need medical attention but for mild sunburn and sun tan, you can easily try out the following methods:
Vinegar- This is an excellent household ingredient that helps to treat sunburn. For best results, you can dab a small clean towel or a piece of cotton in vinegar and apply it on the affected area. The best way to get relief from sunburn is to bathe in cold or lukewarm water. So, add 2 to 3 cups of vinegar in your bathing water. This will treat sunburn effectively.
