Aroma Therapy- You can dab a cotton ball in either rosemary, basil, lavender or peppermint oil. Now, place it underneath your nose and breathe in. This helps to treat headache and thus gives soothing results.

Headache caused by Tiredness- Severe headaches may be caused due to tiredness, lack of sleep, eyestrain and stress. Natural ingredients like ginseng, sarsaparilla and kola are extremely effective in treating headaches caused by stress.

Exercise- Headaches may also occur due to the lack of oxygen. Regular exercise like simple breathing techniques can increase the oxygen level in your body and reduce severe pain.

Tea- Sipping in ginger, chamomile and peppermint tea can also heal severe headache.
