Treat Headache Naturally

Headache is one of the most common problems in individuals across the world. Headache caused by Tiredness- Severe headaches may be caused due to tiredness, lack of sleep, eyestrain and stress. Natural ingredients like ginseng, sarsaparilla and kola are extremely effective in treating headaches caused by stress.

Exercise- Headaches may also occur due to the lack of oxygen. Regular exercise like simple breathing techniques can increase the oxygen level in your body and reduce severe pain.
