Best Workout and Diet Plan to Lose Weight and Gain Muscle


Day one: Day one is the preparation of this whole plan and includes only fruits in the diet. The follower of the diet plan is expected to eat only fruits during the day and most preferably watermelon and cantaloupe.

Day two: Similar to the day one, day two is all vegetable day where you can eat cooked or uncooked
vegetables without any restriction over the amount or quantity. But make sure not to include any oil for the cooking.

Day three: Day three is fruits+vegetables where potatoes and bananas are strict no no. You are advised to drink at least 8-10 glass of water for proper digestion.

Day four: Day four is a surprise for you. It is milk and banana day and you can eat any number of bananas and have any number of glasses of milk.

Day five: Day five is a trick with just a little bowl of rice in lunch and a total of six tomatoes throughout the day.

Day six: Day six is again bowl of rice with vegetables of our choice.

Day seven: Day seven is extended to bowl of rice, vegetables and fruit juice.
