Generally, office going girls facing a main problem about their hairs is dryness, in addition to dryness, dullness, roughness and lack of nourishment and few more. The main reasons are dust, dirt, pollution and no extra love and care which hairs needed. They also don’t have any proper schedule to manage their hairs properly. SHAMPOO IS MUST: washing your hairs is must, but you need to keep a balance between washing hairs and excessive washing. Wash you’re here 2 to 3 times a week, but do not wash it regularly because it extract all natural oils from the hairs. And try to use mild shampoos which also contain conditioners and avoid using conditioners, because it removes your all natural oils.

DEEP CONDITIONING: this step is important because it gives your hair nourishment and makes your hairs healthy. The time span for this step is once in every month, or we can say do it after every 4 to 5 weeks. Don’t need to have a high priced beauty treatments, or conditioners. Just use heavy duty conditioners and apply in thick layers, wrap with plastic bag and towel above that plastic bag. Keep it for 30 minutes.

HAIRCUT: long hairs need a trim in every 10 to 12 weeks, but shorter hairstyles like pixie, bob or lob need a hair cut in every 6 to 8 weeks.

TOUCH UP: touch up is required more if you have grey hairs.
