You will need –
✔ Lip primer
✔ Lip liner
✔ Your lipstick
✔ A blotting paper or a tissue paper
✔ Translucent powder
Method –
☛ Most important part is to apply a lip primer 5 minutes before applying your lipstick.
☛ Then line your lips to give it the dark edge it needs.
☛ Apply your lipstick as you normally do.
☛ Now using a blotting paper, blot away all the excess oils and gloss of the lipstick.
☛ Now take the translucent powder and dab it on your lips as shown in the video.
☛ Do not rub or smudge it on the lipstick, just dab lightly.
☛ Now press your lips together a couple of times and that will absorb the powder and give your lips the matte look.
