Ingredients –

2 – 3 garlic cloves
Fresh lemon – sliced
1 cup water
2 tsp honey

Preparation –

Take 1 cup of water and heat it till it’s slightly warm.

Add 2 tsp of honey to it, and remove the seeds of the sliced lemon and squeeze the juice out into the water. Stir well so that it becomes a clear mixture.

Now, chew the garlic cloves first and drink the mixture over it. In case of difficulty in chewing raw garlic, you may blend the garlic and add it to the mixture.

Drink this mixture every morning on empty stomach.

The therapeutic properties of honey, lemon and garlic also make this drink useful to cure flu, common cold or cough.
