Ginger and lemon have many medicinal properties as individual food items but when they come together in a recipe, their added properties together act as a detox mixture for the body which helps in burning fat and reducing weight. Here’s how to make the water-
☛ Take few slices of ginger and peel off the skin. Cut small pieces of the slices and keep aside in a bowl of hot water.
☛ Take a few lemons and cut them up in thin slices as shown in the video.
☛ Once you see that the ginger has left out its properties in the hot water (the water changes color) pour it all out into a pitcher jug.
☛ Add some ice cubes to it.
☛ Now add all the lemon slices to it with lots of water to fill up the pitcher.
☛ Store the drink in our refrigerator for two hours before consuming it.
