Ginger and lemon have many medicinal properties as individual food items but when they come together in a recipe, their added properties together act as a detox mixture for the body which helps in burning fat and reducing weight. Here’s how to make the water-

Take few slices of ginger and peel off the skin. Cut small pieces of the slices and keep aside in a bowl of hot water.
Take a few lemons and cut them up in thin slices as shown in the video.
Once you see that the ginger has left out its properties in the hot water (the water changes color) pour it all out into a pitcher jug.
Add some ice cubes to it.
Now add all the lemon slices to it with lots of water to fill up the pitcher.
Store the drink in our refrigerator for two hours before consuming it.
