☛ 2 cinnamon sticks
☛ 1 tbsp og grated ginger
☛ 1 tbsp cumin seeds or 1/2 tsp of ground cumin
☛ 1 cup water
☛ Warm the cup of water and add cinnamon and cumin to it.
☛ Stir the mixture well.
☛ Put the mixture on the stove on a low flame.
☛ Let the mixture boil and then filter it out in a cup.
☛ Squeeze half a lemon to it.
☛ In the end you can add honey if you like.
☛ Drink this drink twice a day for around 2 months.
