Arm fat is quick to accumulate and the last to go. Apart from making our arms look big it makes it embarrassing to even move the arms as the fat begins to wiggle. It may be a difficult part of fat to go but it is definitely not impossible. Follow the exercises given ahead to get rid of the arm fat.
☛ Lift weights (you don’t necessarily have to go to the gym to do this. You can even stay at home and take 5 minutes out at a time to just lift your 2 lt water bottle above your head and bring it down. Repeat the exercise for 4-5 minutes.)
