Begin by applying a base coat of black polish on to your nails and let it dry up completely.
☛ Next, apply some fevicol on the nail (a very thin layer; or you can also just go for a coat of clear polish) and before it dries up start applying some glitter on it (you can either just blow some on it or sprinkle or just gently paste)
☛ Add some nail art stars that will be easily available in your cosmetic shop.
☛ Let it all dry up and then finish the look with a top coat of clear polish.
